Carlson Mild•C® Crystals is pure Calcium Ascorbate, a buffered form of vitamin C. Each 1/2 teaspoonful of Mild•C Crystals contains approximately 2000 mg (2 grams) of Calcium Ascorbate. Free ascorbic acid is not present, so it has a mild taste.
