Suggested Usage:  Shake well.  As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablespoon (15 mL) 2 times daily with meals or on an empty stomach.  Can be taken undiluted, or mixed with water or juice.  Consider taking this product in combination with NOW® Hyaluronic Acid, MSM and Serrazimes®.  Shake vigorously before use.  Refrigerate after opening to preserve flavor.
