Suggested Usage:  As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules 1 to 2 times daily, with water or juice on an empty stomach.  Consider taking this product in combination with NOW® Psyllium Husk and Aloe Vera.

Other Ingredients:  Gelatin (capsule) and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).

Contains no:  sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, soy, milk, egg, shellfish or preservatives.
