Welcome to our online refill system.

Your credit card will be charged when the refill is picked up or sent to your specified address.  A receipt will be included with your package.

Please indicate if you would like to pick up your order, UPS or USPS during the online refill process.

Always include a valid telephone number for us to contact you in the event of a problem occurring while processing your order. 

• First time customers:
  • I would like my medication sent to me.  You will be contacted by a representative of Fallon Wellness Pharmacy to set up a credit card account with us. 
  • I would like to pick up my medication.  Please pay for your medication at time of pick up.  If you wish to pre-pay, please contact Fallon Wellness Pharmacy to set up an account. 
• Returning Customers:
  • Welcome to our new refill system!  If you have had medication orders shipped to you in the past, you already have an account with us.  Please contact us to change your payment information if necessary. 

 Please enter your refill number and any additional instructions (flavor changes, please call when ready, new credit card, etc.).
