Functional medicine is personalized medicine that deals with primary prevention and underlying causes of chronic diseases ,instead of just symptoms . Functional medicine is an evolution in the practice of medicine that better addresses the healthcare needs of the 21st century. 

     Fallon Wellness Pharmacy employs pharmacists and nutritionists ,trained in First Line Therapy and        accredited in numerous disciplines by the Insititute of Functional Medicine , are trained in holistic wellness consultations that utilize:

Compounded medications  are prescriptions used to treat many medical conditions that have generally been overlooked by commercially available sources, and provide a unique solution for the patient’s needs which would otherwise remain unmet. Examples of these prescriptions include but are not limited to:

  • hormone therapy (ie; progesterone cream/troches)
  • medications for autism (ie; methylcobalamin injection(B-12)) 
  • veterinary (ie; methimazole suspension/chewable/transdermal)
  • sterile products including ophthalmic (ie; Avastin injection)

Fallon Wellness Pharmacy is PCAB accredited and the pharmacists are PCCA trained and guarantees the highest quality in the preparation of all customized medications. All compounded preparations are tested for potency and accuracy by independent accredited laboratories.




Fallon Wellness Pharmacy is located in Albany, NY and services patients throughout the country. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 6:00pm. Shipping via UPS and US mail are available upon request for an additional fee.
